EASY AND EFFECTIVE SMILE ENHANCEMENT

If you are looking for an easy and effective way to brighten up your smile, but you don’t want to go the whole hog of altering the shape or position of your teeth, then teeth whitening in Camden could well be what you are looking for.

In Camden, teeth whitening is the most popular cosmetic dentistry treatment here at Ace Dental. It works well as a stand-alone treatment, but people also often have it to top off another cosmetic dentistry treatment. Maybe they’ve had their teeth covered in braces for months and treatment with teeth whitening in Camden is a great way to celebrate the braces coming off and show their new smile to the world.

Let’s check you out

Before you can get your teeth whitened, we have to make sure your discolouration is of the kind that whitening treatments can remove. If your stains are on the surface, you are good to go, but if they are within the structure of the tooth, whitening won’t work and we can suggest another way to help you.

Power whitening (and a massage!)

Take about 90 minutes out of your busy day and come and relax in our massage chair in our dedicated whitening room. We protect your lips and gums with barriers before painting hydrogen peroxide whitening gel onto your teeth. A special light activates the gel and you leave with teeth that are several shades lighter and shoulders that are several degrees looser.

At-home whitening

For this, we make bespoke whitening trays to fit over your teeth. You take them home with a less concentrated whitening gel. Put the gel in the trays and wear them over your teeth for a short time every day or evening for about two weeks. This is a cheaper option and it takes longer, but it means you now own trays that fit your teeth very well for maximum contact and they can be used for top-up whitening treatments whenever you need them.

Whichever teeth whitening option you choose, the results though effective are not permanent. You can however make them last as long as possible by avoiding or reducing your intake of foods and drinks that stain.
