Ace Dental Laboratory was founded in 1992 by David Turner and with over 20 years experience in dental ceramics the company has built a reputation for providing outstanding personal service, as well as producing highly professional lab work. We are Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) registered and members of the DLA (Dental Laboratories Association). Using the latest technology, our highly trained technicians are able to manufacture a variety of products to meet a patient's exact requirements. We are currently the only lab in Essex offering Lava crowns and bridges by 3M ESPE; these all ceramic zirconia substructures are very strong and only need the minimum of preparation. We also produce many other types of crowns using the latest techniques and materials.

Our aim is to provide excellent communication between all parties and a representative will visit your surgery if necessary. By offering high quality products at reasonable prices, we are able help you to maintain superior levels of patient satisfaction. The business is situated in Billericay, Essex, in close proximity to London (mainline train to Liverpool Street Station) and the M25. We provide a free collection and delivery service to clients within a 30 mile radius of the laboratory and free postage to anywhere in mainland U.K..
